Reservation & Deposit Policy
To join our Reservation List for future litters or current litters under 6 weeks of age, we require a $500 refundable deposit from families with approved applications. This deposit secures your picking order and may be refunded at any time if:
- A puppy does not meet your needs
- You choose to pursue another breeder
- Your circumstances change
We fully respect and understand these decisions.
Once you select a specific puppy, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve that puppy. This deposit is transferable to a future litter if unforeseen circumstances arise or if no puppy meets your criteria.
Picking Order & Selection Process
Reservation spots are assigned on a first-come, first-pick basis. When puppies reach approximately 6 weeks of age, we will share updated photos and videos and begin the selection process in order of the Reservation List.
When it is your turn, you may:
- Select an available puppy, or
- Choose to wait for a future litter (which may result in a higher pick position)
Communication & Availability
We ask that families regularly check our website and social media pages ( Facebook and Instagram) for updates on current and upcoming litters.
When puppies become available, we will notify you by text and/or email. If we do not receive a response, we will assume you prefer to wait and will maintain your place on the Reservation List while continuing down the list.
Breeder Rights
Please note that Darling Paws LLC reserves the right to retain any puppy from any litter for breeding purposes or as a potential replacement puppy if needed.
EXPECTED PRICING
We no longer break down the price of our pups based on color; all of our pups are priced the same at $3000.

- An adorable, beautiful, trainable, and intelligent puppy
- Two-Year Health Guarantee
- Spay/neuter contract
- FiNano Microchip (no exceptions)
- Dewclaws removed
- Age appropriate puppy vaccines/ deworming
- Puppy health records
- Snuggle Puppy with Mom and siblings’ scents
- Small bag of dog food currently being fed to your puppy for an easy transition at home (Purina Pro Plan Puppy Shredded Blend Chicken & Rice Formula with Probiotics Dry Dog Food)
Payment Methods
Preferred payment method is through Good Dog
Using Good Dog, allows secure payment protection for both Breeder and Buyer without any fees. The Puppy Training Program is additonal protection and support offered by Good Dog, which requires an optional fee.
We also accept Cash, Zelle and major Credit Cards (plus fee). Regular checks can be used for deposit and balance payments but not for final payment.

We know the companionship of a dog can bring joy and comfort to families in these demanding occupations. To assist service members and first responders, we are offering a 10% discount towards the purchase of any Darling Paws puppy to active-duty or retired military, teacher, police, fire, or EMS personnel.
Valid military or first responder credentials are required to claim this discount. If you qualify, please contact us BEFORE making your puppy deposit.
